Demolition & Make Good
The team at All Stripouts are experts in space stripout including (Retail Tenancy, Office, Commercial Properties, Gyms), patch/paint plasterboard ceiling to ensure smooth finish (No allowance for Re-sheeting) and repair and make-good lease line as required.
Including:
- Strip out of space (Retail tenancy, office, commercial properties, gyms)
- Remove shopfront including structure, glazing and signage
- Remove all ceilings including track and hangers
- Remove all joinery, fittings and fixtures
- Remove sand and cement bed to structural slab
- Provide grind & Ardit topping to provide smooth floor finish
- Patch/paint plasterboard ceiling to ensure smooth finish (No allowance for re-sheeting)
- Repair and make-good lease line as required
